Glenn is a retired shoe executive known for being very evangelistic due to his passion for reaching the lost. He brings his expertise in multi-store retail sales management to the team. He is responsible for sourcing all non-infant shoes for events.

With her experience as a television advertising executive, Deborah brings her talent for hospitality, building connections, and marketing to the team. She is responsible for sourcing all socks and infant shoes for events.
Taylor Lackey, M.D.
Logistics and Information Technology
Glenn and Deborah's son and an orthopaedic surgery resident, Taylor adds his attention to detail and tech skills to the team.
Kelsey Lackey
Community Services Coordinator
Glenn and Deborah’s oldest son, Kelsey has a heart for children and ministering to their families. He can often be found loading/unloading trucks or helping kids find the perfect pair of shoes to bring a smile to their faces.
Kelsey has a strong work ethic and the ability to read Glenn’s mind. He oversees shoe ministry events on his own which provide more opportunities for First Blessing to reach more communities across Texas.

Keith has a passion to reach the lost. His organization skills and attention to detail keep inventory for our events.
Sarah Olchesky
Website Administrator/Tech Support
Sarah is passionate about using her creativity and technical skills to support organizations on a mission to reach others for Christ. She works behind the scenes to keep the website updated, supports events through the technical aspects of the registration process, and creates event resources.
