How to access the canva templates

1. Click on the button for the invitation template you would like to edit.

2. Click the purple “Use Template” button that appears below the image of the invitation.

3. This will create a copy of the template for you to edit as needed for your event.

4. If you are not already signed in to your Canva account, you will be prompted to sign in before the copy is created. Don’t have a Canva account? Create a free account using any of the options presented on the popup window.

The first page of the template is an example of what a finished invitation will look like. Scroll down to pages 2 and 3 to see the editable versions of the template. For a quick video on how to create a QR code in Canva, click here.

This volunteer sign-up sheet captures basic contact info for multiple people as well as the role(s) they are volunteering for. This sign-up sheet can be used in conjunction with the Volunteer Roles Handout which provides brief descriptions of each role.
